Suggested use: The suggested quantity is a table spoon for person. Soak the seasoning in a good extra virgin olive oil for five minutes, then gently fry the seasonings in the oil for about 3 to 5 minutes. Finally toss the cooked (al dente) pasta in the pan with the oil and seasonings for a couple of minutes. This product is also excellent for seasoning seafood, meat, and pizza.
