It makes a perfect bruschetta spread, just rob half clove of garlic on the hot grilled bread, then spread our sundried tomatoes topping, and you will find the real essence of the genuine Italian farming tradition.

This has a 18+ months shelf life. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 6 weeks (if drying out, top up your jar with extra-virgin olive oil).
