Our pasta sauces are hand made using only local ingredients from Calabria. Our artisan producers follow traditional methods and only by using the finest tomatoes and delicious olives can they achieve a kind of product of intense Mediterranean flavor. They bring all the perfumes of summer and of the South of Italy to your dining table.
Suggested use (4 people servings): in a frying pan heat the sauce with 2 table spoons of extra virgin oilve oil until hot. Toss the cooked (al dente) pasta with the sauce in the pan. Serve hot with some Parmigiano or Pecorino cheese. Buon appetito!
