Deriving from the French "Anduille" la 'ndujia is a type of cured salami, made from genuine pork and flavoured with ground hot chilli pepper. It has it's roots in ancient Greek and Roman kitchens, but it was also enjoyed by the Normans, Spanish and French. 'Ndujia is a typical Calabrian product.
Suggested use: Its versatility is amazing. Spread on bruscchetta, or spice up your favourite pizza, add to your favourite chilli recipe. Also makes a great sandwich spread. Our favourite is Spaghetti with olive oil, garlic and a dollop of 'Nduja! Wow! Buon apetito!
